How many payment installments are available?
We offer flexible installment plans ranging from 2 to 9 installments, depending on the offered credit term
When will I receive the payment as a supplier?
Suppliers receive their payments weekly on a pre-agreed day.
Can I track my payments online?
Yes. Both suppliers and buyers can monitor all payments, balances, schedules, and invoices directly through Tabashir’s platform.

Will you contact my buyer, or should I notify them?
You may choose either option. You can notify the buyer yourself, or you may share their contact details with us and our account manager will handle all communication professionally.
If I cancel the contract, are there any penalties or fees?
There are no cancellation penalties. You may stop using Tabashir at any time, as long as there are no active transactions in progress.
How does Tabashir’s service benefit me as a supplier?
You receive guaranteed and immediate payments for all your credit sales, eliminate collection risk, and can significantly increase your sales volume.
Is there a maximum amount you can cover?
No. The maximum invoice value we can support depends on the approved credit limit for each buyer and can go up to your business’s full capacity.
Are there registration fees or any additional charges?
No. There are no registration fees, hidden charges, or any fees for maintaining an active account.
If the buyer delays payment, am I responsible in any way?
No. Once you receive your payment from Tabashir, the credit and collection responsibility shifts entirely to us.
Do you handle collections from buyers?
Yes. Tabashir manages all repayment and collection processes directly with buyers.
How many months of credit can you offer?
We offer payment terms up to 60 days, with installment plans of up to 9 payments.

Yes, you can request to reschedule your installments.
I don’t have a supplier—can you help?
Yes. We can connect you with trusted and approved suppliers within our network and we will also contact your current supplier and add him to our platform.
What documents do you require for a small invoice, such as SAR 50,000?
We only require basic company documents along with a sales ledger and/or 12-month bank statements, and/or VAT returns depending on the case.
Can I track my installments online?
Yes. All installment schedules, due dates, credit limit, and payment details are available through the Tabashir Buyer Dashboard.
Does the supplier I buy from need to be registered with Tabashir?
Yes. The supplier must be registered with Tabashir for us to process and finance your purchases.
